The Name
C Squared is the partnership of Chris Heffernan and Chris Mullen. One has spent his career building homes; the other, building businesses and managing capital. Together, they bring the craft of construction and the discipline of capital under one roof.
In math, “squared” means multiplication: two complementary strengths compounding into something far greater than the sum of their parts. That principle runs through everything we do.

Chris brings years of hands-on experience in construction and homebuilding. He leads design and build, guiding every project from groundbreaking to final finish with a builder’s eye for quality.
